Rove is an automated monitoring and evaluation (M&E) reporting system that is open to local and international humanitarian and aid partners and payment conduits. Rove is an ideal platform for aid disbursement as it limits the dependence on paper for both the payment conduit and the aid partner. Through Rove, beneficiaries, pay-out amounts, geographic locations can be easily tracked and reported in near real-time, thus, ensuring speed, reliability, security and transparency. Rove in particular is well-suited to track pay-outs to mass-based communities like beneficiaries of Conditional Cash Transfer programs and other focused communities. Among Rove’s features is its ability to provide efficiencies in aid distribution resulting in much reduced administrative costs due to highly manual processes.
